DISTRICT of West Vancouver council approved Capilano Rugby Football Club's application for a primary liquor licence Monday.
Coun. Craig Cameron asked about the district splitting the profit from the liquor sales with the club, but his idea was stopped in its tracks when staff reported the club as a non-profit organization who will use the funds to put into their yearly operations.
Council unanimously approved the recommendation to the B.C. Liquor Control and Licensing Branch with no further discussion.
