FIRST place winner Garry Cotter and club president Jason Duncan will be on hand for the 28th annual North Shore Photographic Challenge tomorrow night at the Kay Meek Centre. Competing photography clubs each submit 10 images which are scored by a panel of judges certified by the CAPA (Canadian Association of Photographic Art).
