Number crunchers at the District of West Vancouver have scored a hat trick, after the municipality was recently recognized for its financial reporting.
The Government Finance Officers Association awarded the district for the third consecutive year with the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for its five-year financial plan 2013-2017.
"Winning this award three years running is a real achievement," said Mayor Michael Smith. "It speaks to the dedication and commitment our staff has to providing clear, accurate financial reporting. .. "
