Last week, the municipality picked up the Canadian Award for Financial Reporting for its 2012 financial report.
"The district is committed to adhere to industry best practices and will continue to strive for clarity in financial reporting and make our financial report easily accessible for all West Vancouver residents," said the district's acting chief financial officer Michael Koke.
The award was established to encourage Canadian municipal governments to publish high-quality financial reports.
The award is the latest in a host of hardware the district has picked up in recent years.
The district received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association for its 2012 budget last November.
The seaside municipality was also the co-winner of the Most Fiscally Responsible municipality award in Metro Vancouver in 2012.
West Vancouver had previously earned a financial reporting award for its 2010 annual report, as well as a budget presentation award for its 2011 five-year financial plan budget book.
