Cleaner Delia Tanza makes a speech at Capilano University Wednesday calling for the school to pay its workers a living wage and benefits.
Tanza said she works three jobs to make ends meet.
HEU worker Nelly Veneluela also addressed the crowd of students calling for solidarity with the workers.
