Mt. Seymour staff Mike Johnston and Laura Munro work on getting Mushroom Jib Park in shape for opening day of the season on Saturday.
Mt. Seymour announced on Thursday it is opening its Goldie Meadows Learning Area and Mushroom Terrain Park this weekend, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., thanks to the recent snowfall and more in the forecast. The opening is three weeks earlier than it was last year.
Three Peak Lodge, retail, and tobogganing on Delta will also be open. Check the website mountseymour.com for times.
