Vancouver Police Department’s marine unit and members of the Canadian Coast Guard and Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue unit from Horseshoe Bay assist boaters in distress after their craft caught fire July 1. It was a busy night for first responders on the water as people gathered to watch fireworks.
