While North Shore residents were experiencing the longest cold snap in a decade, the mall’s administration organized the salt giveaway to support the North Vancouver City Firefighters Local 296 Foundation. The mall has about 500 bags of salt at Guest Services, available for a suggested minimum cash donation of $10 per bag, while quantities last.
