About 18 protestors blocked traffic at Lower Capilano Road and Welch Street Friday during the morning rush hour to raise awareness of the proposed Woodfibre LNG project in Howe Sound. The Squamish Nation’s chief and council have presented Woodfibre with 25 conditions that must be met in order for the nation to support the proposal.
