It’s expected to be smooth sailing on the Lions Gate Bridge this week following the cancellation of repaving work that was set to begin Friday evening.
Crews were slated to repave the north approach viaduct, removing some of the pavement in the process and necessitating lane closures.
The work has been postponed due to weather concerns. The new dates for the repaving work have not yet been confirmed.
