District of North Vancouver Mayor Richard Walton, North Vancouver MLAs Jane Thornthwaite and Naomi Yamamoto and Marc Garneau, federal minister of transportation, mark the opening of the Philip Avenue overpass in North Vancouver July 5.
The new bridge is designed to replace the at-grade rail crossing at Pemberton Avenue near West First Street.
