The North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce's second annual Christmas by the Sea Parade of Trees Reception took place at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier Dec. 5. Guests had a great view of the 40 decorated trees along Wallace Way at Shipbuilders' Square, a fundraiser for the Harvest Project and Hollyburn Family Services' Youth Safe House. The sold-out event featured live music, the presentation of donations as well as the announcement of awards for the best decorated trees, which will remain on display until Jan. 7, 2013.
