Representatives of North Shore Neighbourhood House hosted a party to mark the success of their 2013 Neighbourhood Small Grants Program, offered in partnership with the Vancouver Foundation. This year's crop of 78 grant recipients joined together Nov. 16 to celebrate and share their experiences of helping to bring their neighbours and communities closer together through local events such as block parties, neighbourhood libraries, workshops and community gardens. nsnh.bc.ca
