North Shore Scouts Annual Ch Ch ristmas Tree Fundraising Sale will take place until Dec. 23 at Taylor Way and Clyde Avenue, West Vancouver. Hours: Monday-Friday, from noon to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. All proceeds benefit various Scout programs.

Parade of Ch Ch ristmas Holiday Gala SOS Children's Village will hold its annual fundraising party Thursday, Nov. 28, 6:30 p.m. at Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver. The evening will include wine, craft beers, food, entertainment, and live and silent auctions. $50. sosbc.org

Holiday Hi-Light Festival Park & Tilford will have a display of more than 50,000 lights at the community gardens until Dec. 31 at 333 Brooksbank Ave., North Vancouver. The opening night light-up will be Friday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. There will be hot chocolate, carols and a countdown starting at 6:30 p.m. Family Friday Nights will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. and will include live entertainment, cookie decorating, face painting and balloon twisting. Santa will be on site Friday and Saturdays from 6 to 9 p.m. until Christmas.

Nativity Exhibit and Craft Fair Highlands United Church will have more than 150 nativity scenes including traditional, contemporary, handmade and one-of-a-kind sets on display Nov. 29, 6-9 p.m. and Nov. 30, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at 3255 Edgemont Blvd., North Vancouver. In addition to the exhibit there will be carolers, mulled cider, a children's activity centre, a seasonal craft fair, a Christmas café and kids-only shop.

Christmas Craft Fair Delbrook Community Centre will hold its 27th annual fair Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at 600 West Queens Rd., North Vancouver. There will be more than 100 crafters, free childminding, entertainment, door prizes and a concession. $2.
