Bystanders come to the aid of a motorcyclist after he crashed on Highway 1 just east of Taylor Way Sunday afternoon. Police say the rider was possibly trying to avoid a vehicle changing lanes in front of him. He was taken to Lions Gate Hospital to be checked for possible cracked ribs.
