If your mind isn’t in the gutter, it probably should be.
With heavy rain forecast to begin Sunday evening, North Shore Emergency Management is reminding residents to clean out their gutters, check their storm drains and be aware of rising water levels.
NSEM also advises keeping children and pets away from waterways and – if you have to drive – slowing way down.
