Heart Day Walk: The Children's Heart Network and the Harding Family will host their fourth annual walk Sunday, Feb. 17, at 10: 30 a.m. at Cates Park, North Vancouver. This small community event invites heart families and friends to come out for a short walk to bring awareness of being healthy and active. Wear red, pink or purple. Shred for the Cure: A ladies night in support of the B.C. Cancer Foundation returns to Mount Seymour every Monday night, 5-10 p.m. until March 11.
