TransLink will be providing increased SeaBus service and extended hours of transit on Celebration of Light fireworks nights: July 29, Aug. 2 and Aug. 6.
On those days, SeaBus will have sailings every 10 minutes between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Sailings every 15 minutes in the evening will continue until about 12:15 a.m.
Many bus routes will operate on modified schedules and routes in downtown Vancouver due to detours.
Expo and Millennium lines on SkyTrain will run more frequently and the Canada Line will provide rush hour service levels throughout fireworks evenings.
TransLink is encouraging riders to top up Compass cards ahead of time to avoid line ups at vending machines.
Extra transit police will also be on hand on fireworks nights.
