Update: As of 3 p.m., the westbound lanes are now open and there is one eastbound lane getting through.
West Vancouver police have closed the Upper Levels Highway near Taylor Way following a crash, Thursday afternoon.
First responders from multiple agencies are at the scene and police are detouring drivers.
