AN article in Sunday's paper incorrectly stated that former West Vancouver staff sergeant Doug Bruce had dropped his lawsuit against Kash Heed.
In fact, Bruce has only dropped the lawsuit against former mayor and former West Vancouver Police Board chair Pamela Goldsmith-Jones - who was also originally named as a defendant. The suit against Heed is continuing.
