Artists for Environmental Change: CoolDrinks, a casual gathering to connect and inspire community members interested in taking action on climate change will meet Wednesday, Nov. 28, 6: 309 p.m. at the Café for Contemporary Art, 138-140 East Esplanade, North Vancouver. Pub Night Fundraiser for the West Vancouver SPCA will take place Wednesday, Nov. 28, 6-9 p.m. at Pemberton Station Pub, 135 Pemberton Ave., North Vancouver. Stamp Collection Fundraiser: The Order of the Eastern Star is collecting used postage stamps. Stamps can be dropped off at the reception desk at the North Shore News, 126 East 15th St., North Vancouver. The fraternal organization uses money from the sale of stamps to purchase medical supplies to make and provide dressings for cancer patients throughout the province.
