Allan and Denise Jarvis were married on Nov. 17, 1962, in Lorraine, France. Their children and families wish them a wonderful 50th wedding anniversary.
GEORGE SIMPSON
George Simpson, seen in a recent photo above and as a ferry captain in the photo at left, was born Nov. 21, 1912. He was captain of a North Vancouver ferry before the SeaBus was in service, and he docked the #4 ferry on its final run. Family and friends wish him a wonderful 100th birthday.
CORRIE VREEKEN
Corrie Vreeken celebrated her 80th birthday on Nov. 14 with her husband Elbert and their dog Eddie. The rest of her family joined her on Nov. 11 to celebrate with a party. She also had a special lunch with her fitness class friends.
