HARVEST Project executive director Gary Ansell and the B.C. Thanksgiving Food Drive's Janet Spence get the word out on the upcoming food drive benefitting the Harvest Project Sept. 10-15. Volunteers will be delivering empty bags and flyers to homes on the North Shore. Residents are invited to fill the bags with non-perishable items, which they can leave at their door before 9: 30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15 for pickup. Those who don't receive a bag can drop off non-perishables on Sept. 15 at the food drive's collecting station, 941 Lynn Valley Rd., North Vancouver.
