The 17th annual Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival kicked off with a sold-out opening night at North Vancouver's Centennial Theatre Friday. The crowd enjoyed an evening of inspiring and awe-inducing climbing films from around the world along with an address by keynote speaker Sasha DiGiulian, an American female overall world champion climber.
