Representatives of the Gordon Smith Gallery of Canadian Art hosted the 2013 Patrons Gala, Canadian Art Works, on the evening of Nov. 20. More than 120 guests were in attendance, gathered to celebrate the first full year of the new North Vancouver gallery's operations. Patrons enjoyed a champagne reception and scotch tasting as they previewed the space's latest exhibition prior to enjoying a dinner prepared by chef David Hawksworth. A live auction followed along with a performance by Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne who entertained on piano. Proceeds from the evening will support the gallery and its programs.
