Representatives of the Lions Gate Quilters Guild held their annual Community Quilts Workshop at St. Andrew's and St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church March 2-3. Many of those involved in the 160-member strong guild cut, sewed, measured and ironed as they created quilts for various community groups, such as Lions Gate Hospital, Evergreen House, North Shore Hospice and local shelters.
