Servicemen and women of HMCS Discovery paraded alongside veterans of the Royal Canadian Navy, the Royal Canadian Air Force and the Canadian Army, as well as members of the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets and the Navy League in the Battle of the Atlantic parade and commemoration ceremony May 4 at the Sailor’s Memorial in North Vancouver. The annual event honours those lost at sea in the longest single campaign of the Second World War.
