The flow of ideas, or creation of art is a unique process for each individual but there are lessons we can received from others that go beyond learning techniques.Danielle Krysa has interviewed 50 different artists to get their insight on the creative process. They work in a wide variety of mediums and examples of their art appears alongside their comments. Unique approaches to illustration like Justin Richel's impossibly balanced stacks don't always work out as he plans but when he struggles with a piece he has learned to work through the problem. As a means to get past a creative block he offers the suggestion of cutting up a piece of paper into small pieces and drawing something on each piece.
