Paper to make a patternLace fabric (non-stretch)Spray adhesiveStencil brushLatex paint (any desired colour)Whatever holiday décor you would like to add to your lacy pot (such as holiday ornaments, living greenery)Alternative: You can paint the clay pot first and then stencil a contrast colour on top.
InstructionsTrace the clay pot on paper, as shown, to create the pattern.
Use the pattern to cut the laceTrim if necessary.
Spray the back of the lace with adhesive and position on the pot.
Using a dry brush technique, stipple through the lace around the entire pot.
Remove lacePaint the rim of pot, if desiredAttach fashion accessories of your choice.
