On Sept. 18, at Les Amis du Fromage, students can sign up for Cheese & Wine 101. In this single session, cheese educators will provide a roadmap for understanding various cheese types and styles. They will introduce cheese basics, including milk types, textures, flavours, how to care for and serve fine cheeses.
