The annual housing awards program is organized by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia.
The list of North Shore winners includes a North Vancouver builder taking home the biggest prize of the night. Shakespeare Homes and Renovations earned the Grand Georgie award as the province's Custom Home Builder of the Year.
North Vancouver's Twin Lions Contracting also took home one of the top honours, earning the Customer Satisfaction - Renovator award.
To be eligible for the Georgie Awards, members had to submit entries that were built, renovated, developed, created and/or marketed during the period of Jan. 1, 2019 and Sept. 30, 2020, with finalists and winners selected by an out-province panel of industry professionals.
