According to the company, the following four insurance tips are often overlooked, but can save your family from financial hardship in the event of a motor-vehicle accident:
-Review your excess liability limit
-Get excess underinsured motorist protection
-Get travel protection coverage
-Get rental automobile coverage if you are renting a car in Canada or the U.S.
As an extra tip, if you are renting a car, check with your credit card company to see what insurance protection they may offer.
