How to Dress Well's new album, Care, is out now on Weird World/Domino Records.

How To Dress Well, a.k.a. Tom Krell, performs tracks from his new album, Care, at the Biltmore Cabaret on Thursday, Oct. 20. Working alongside the likes of Jack Antonoff, Dre Skull, CFCF and Kara-Lis Coverdale, Krell has fashioned a set of extra-strength tunes that push hard against the glass ceiling of current pop culture.

Krell is a PhD candidate in the Department of Philosophy at DePaul University writing a dissertation on nihilism and German philosophy in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.

On Care he is comfortable quoting Greek tragedy but still expects to be played on Top 40 radio. The ambition is limitless.

How to Dress Well with Ex Reyes, Thursday Oct. 20. Doors 7 p.m., Show 8 p.m. Tickets $18 (plus appl. s/c) advance available online at www.ticketweb.ca
