Volunteers Tim Earle and Gail Higgins give Thor a bath at the West Vancouver branch of the BC SPCA. The animal shelter is holding a dog wash and open house fundraiser Sunday, July 10, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at 1020 Marine Dr. Minimum donation is $20 per wash with all proceeds supporting the shelter. The open house will include shelter tours, refreshments, a kids’ activity booth and a pet food booth with free giveaways.
