John Hart, with his giant zucchini, and his wife Connie, with her mother’s huge winter melon, will face off at the Home & Harvest competition, part of the third annual Pumpkin Fest, Oct. 5-6 in West Vancouver. The weekend celebration features golf, a community dance and time-honoured harvest traditions. Funds raised will benefit the West Vancouver Community Centres Society.
