Founding members Agnes Jefferson and Fran Ruegg of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) B.C. 4154, North Vancouver, celebrate the 25th anniversary of the local chapter of the international support organization. To mark the special day, members donated 614 pounds of food (representative of the collective weight the current membership of 24 has lost and kept off) to the Harvest Project. The initiative was called Giving Our Pounds Away. tops.org
