Lyn Blanchard and Val Swannell encourage the public to join them in raising funds and awareness for the Parkinson Society of B.C. at next weekend’s 25th annual Parkinson SuperWalk Vancouver, Sunday, Sept. 13 at the Ceperley Playground in Vancouver’s Stanley Park. Registration is at 9 a.m., followed by the walk at 10 a.m. Participants have the option of a two- or five-kilometre walk or 10-km run. parkinson.bc.ca/SuperWalk
