On Sept. 8, 7-9 p.m., it's Easing: Do Less, Have More. Learn how doing less can give you more power, pleasure, health, and happiness. Dr. Saul Miller is a performance specialist consulting in sport, business, health care, and the arts. On Sept. 29, 7-9 p.m. the subject is Cracking the Weight Loss Code. Caroline Sutherland is a best-selling Hay House author, medical intuitive and weight loss coach.
