Canadian entrepreneur Margot Micallef (right), a North Vancouver native and St. Thomas Aquinas alumna, will appear on an episode of Dragons’ Den, airing Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 8 p.m. on CBC Television. She will pitch her company, Gabriella’s Kitchen (formerly Hollywood Foods), which manufactures and markets two brands of pasta products including a high-protein, low-glycemic line called SkinnyPasta and a gluten-free line of prepared pasta meals called Antipastos Kitchen.
