Young members of Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in North Vancouver display an assortment of children’s dresses that will be donated overseas. Little Dresses for Africa, one of the church’s spring outreach programs, saw congregants make 30 frocks from pillowcases, decorated with lace, ribbon or rickrack. The dresses will be sent to the Canadian Lutheran World Relief headquarters in Winnipeg and then shipped to Angola on the west coast of Africa for distribution.
