VISITORS from across B.C. as well as the Yukon Territory, Alberta, Ontario and the United States will be heading to the City of North Vancouver next year for a conference that will promote high building standards.
The Building Official's Association of British Columbia's Annual Conference and Annual General Meeting will be held at The Pinnacle Hotel on the Pier in Lower Lonsdale, May 6-9, 2012.
The association provides education, training and certification for more than 650 building officials throughout B.C. and the Yukon and promotes high standards of building inspection, plan review and accreditation exams, according to a media release.
More than 150 delegates are expected to attend next year's event.
