Concours D'art Oratoire District finals for a French public speaking competition will take place Monday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to noon (elementary) and 1-4 p.m. (secondary) at the North Vancouver School District office, 2121 Lonsdale Ave. Students in Grades 6-12 from across the district will deliver speeches that won them first prize at their school.
