Vancouver Coastal Health’s Ewa Wozniczka sells crafts and plants at the North Shore Hospice Strawberry Tea, presented by the North Shore Hospice Society June 21. The hospice is once again opening its doors to the community and is hosting a Family Summer Barbecue Saturday, July 19 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Festivities will include food, door prizes, raffle draws, craft sales, live music and face painting. Tickets: $10 adult/$5 children, includes a burger, drinks and a chance to win a prize. Proceeds will support the hospice society and palliative care staff funds.
