The renovation completed on this Deep Cove home by North Vancouver’s CCI Renovations (with design by Marlene Bourque of High Design Studio), involved opening up and modernizing to take advantage of the view and increase functionality. The work was intended to take this 1970s home into the next century with a look that will endure for decades to come. Representatives of CCI Renovations will offer insight into their craft at the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association’s Spring Home Renovation Show, a free event being presented Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Vancouver’s VanDusen Botanical Garden.
