Elena Grant, owner of Sofiabella Tween Clothing, and Norgate Community Elementary principal Lisa Upton promote the third annual 44 Dresses campaign. They are collecting gently used party dresses, shoes and accessories for Grade 7 students in North Vancouver who might not have the means to buy new outfits for their graduation celebrations. Donations can be dropped off until March 31 at Sofiabella, located at 3068 Highland Blvd. in Edgemont Village.
