Farms to Forks Growing Chefs' Fundraiser: Wander through the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts' classroom kitchens at 1505 West Second Ave., Vancouver and watch some of Vancouver's best chefs in action on Sunday, Oct. 23, 5-9: 30 p.m. Each chef will be paired with a local B.C. producer to celebrate the best of the season.
