Indian Summer Festival: An opening reception will launch a celebration of fine food, live music and dance Thursday, July 5, 7 p.m. at W2 Media Café, Woodward's Atrium, 111 West Hastings St., Vancouver. Vikram Vij will curate a culinary tour of India where multiple food stations provided by some of Vancouver's favourite Indian eateries will feature various regional cuisines from across the country. Uncork Summer Fun: The Okanagan Falls Winery Association will present Party in the Park Friday, July 6, 5-9 p.m. at Kenyon Park, Okanagan Falls. Guests will taste premium wines from a dozen local producers, as well as enjoy a barbecue buffet dinner and entertainment.
