Fresh Tastes of Spring Culinary Theatre Dinner: As part of the Okanagan Spring Wine Festival, Mission Hill executive winery chef Matthew Batey will unveil new seasonal dishes at an interactive culinary theatre dinner Wednesday, May 9, 6: 30 p.m. at Mission Hill Family Estate in the Okanagan. Tinhorn Creek Vineyards Canadian Concert Series: An annual event with an opportunity to see some of Canada's top talent while sipping award-winning wines and enjoying a view of the South Okanagan Valley at Tinhorn Creek's outdoor amphitheatre. Premiering May 26, the series will feature up-and-coming Canadian talent every month and ends with a recognized Canadian performer to close the season. The Boom Booms will open the festival. EAT!
