Champagne and Caviar: Liberty Merchant Company will present their 16th annual champagne and caviar tasting event Thursday, July 7, 7: 309: 30 p.m. at the Vancouver Rowing Club in Stanley Park. Wines of Argentina will be featured July 7 and 8, 3-6: 30 p.m. at the LDB Signature Store at 39th Avenue and Cambie Street, Vancouver. Consumers can attend two free tastings offering samples of Argentinean wines paired with authentic South American cuisine. There will also be a tango dance demonstration.

Summer Garden Party: Hart House at Deer Lake has announced the dates for their summer garden party series. Each evening starts with a casual wine tasting from the featured region, followed by an al fresco dinner on their estate lawn overlooking Deer Lake. A Perfect Blend: Local cuisine, boutique wines and cultural performances will take centre stage at Sun Peaks Resort in the B.C. Interior during the fourth annual Wine and Culture Festival July 15-17. The event will kick off Friday evening where hand crafted tapas created with produce from area farms and a selection of varietals from smaller vineyards from around the province can be sampled. Taste - Victoria's Festival of Food and Wine: A festival to celebrate B.C.'s flavours will run from July 21 to 24. Focusing on Vancouver Island cuisine and British Columbia wines, the festival is supported by a number of local winemakers, chefs, artisan producers, farmers and fishers. The event kicks off Thursday, July 21 with more than 100 B.C. wines and eats at Victoria's Crystal Garden.
