Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes: The fall series of classes will run until Nov. 21. Chefs will teach by example, preparing unique and elegant four-course dinners paired with wine. These fundraising evenings will be held at different designer homes in and around Vancouver and will benefit the Arts Club. Each class will start with a celebratory glass of wine, an amuse-bouche, and introductions. Guests are then encouraged to assist in the preparation of components of the meal. Quit Whining and Start Wining: Wine your way through November with wine makers dinners at Provence Marinaside, 1117 Marinaside Cres., Vancouver. On Thursday, Nov. 3, winemaker Frank Gregus will be hand for a five-course dinner paired with wines from Pacific Breeze Winery. On Monday, Nov. 21, Joie Farm will be the featured winery with winemaker Michael Dinn leading a tasting through the five-course dinner. Each dinner is priced at $80. Monthly Regional Dinners: Cibo Trattoria presents their fall lineup of four-course dinners, with optional wine pairings, that cater to specific geographical regions of Italy.
